Terms of sale

It is specified beforehand that these conditions govern the sales, by Funforge S.A.R.L., of games and entertainment products on their website.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

You understand that your content (excluding your credit card information ) may be transferred unencrypted and includes (a) transmissions over multiple networks; and (b) changes made for the purpose of conforming and adapting to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, any use of the Service or any access to the Service, or otherwise any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or limit will not affect these Terms.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

1. The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs (see Times and costs). Regarding the price of the book, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang law 81-766 of August 10, 1981
2. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and to the DOM-TOMs, the price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Funforge S.A.R.L. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
3. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
4. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders.
5. The products remain the property of Funforge S.A.R.L. until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

On the Internet.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be subject to confirmation containing this contractual information no later than the time of delivery. Funforge S.A.R.L. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Funforge constitutes proof of all transactions made by Funforge S.A.R.L. and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided to you when placing your order. The information on the site is provided for information purposes only.

In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will notify you by email or by post upon receipt of the information received from the suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

Beyond a period of 3 months, the balances paid by credit card and not honored are canceled, for reasons of expiry of the authorization to debit on the card.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The products are sent by Colissimo with tracking at home (48h-72h – working days). For shipments abroad, UPS, DHL Chronopost or Colissimo will be used depending on the destination.

In case of delay in shipment, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases is made by bank card.

CB payment is made when the order is processed and shipped via the Shopify secure payment platform. Your payment data is encrypted and stored at Shopify and we never have access to it (neither during payment nor after).

ARTICLE 7 – SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any product returned that does not comply with these conditions or after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within 30 days.

Initial postage costs are not refundable and are your responsibility.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received refund, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
Next, contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at store@funforge.fr and send your item to: 24 rue Charlot, Paris, 75003, France.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 24 rue Charlot, Paris, 75003, France.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT CONFORMITY

We undertake to exchange products that appear to be defective, damaged or damaged or that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would be grateful if you could report it in detail in writing or by email. In the event of missing parts, or defective elements, please return the product(s) or elements to us so that we can send you the replacement elements. Please contact us to find out how to return.

The shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the least expensive rate available at the time of placing the order. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.

This contract is subject to French law.

The language of this contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
